The Mutant Registration Act has been watered down to the point that registration is now no longer enforced. Following the successful resistance from Avalon the Sherwood Rangers, under leadership from ‘Robin Hood’ are emboldened to establish a personal ‘nation’ and declare sovereignty over ‘Sherwood’. Publicity quickly spreads word of this new Mutant safe haven, where no humans are allowed and human laws do not apply. Despite efforts from the UK Government and the G.O.U.. The Rangers are able to successfully fend off attacks and more and more radicalised mutants join their cause.

Word of this new nation quickly reaches Avalon and starts to echo through the ancient halls of the institute. Will allegiances shift? Are there students and staff that might want to try their luck and be ‘truly free’? How will Robin Hood keep his new country running with limited resources?
